Terms & Services

1. Enrollment and Registration

By enrolling in Islamic Tuition Institute, you agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. Students must maintain respectful behavior during classes.

2. Class Schedule and Attendance

Classes are scheduled based on mutual availability. Students must notify their teacher at least 6 hours in advance if they need to reschedule a class. No-shows will be charged as a completed class.

3. Payment Terms

Fees are payable monthly in advance. We accept payments via PayPal, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Refunds are available within the first 7 days of enrollment if no classes have been taken.

4. Code of Conduct

Students must maintain Islamic etiquette during classes. Any disrespectful behavior toward teachers or staff will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

5. Technology Requirements

Students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and necessary equipment for online classes. Technical issues on the student's end do not qualify for refunds.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, worksheets, and teaching methods, are the intellectual property of Islamic Tuition Institute and may not be shared or distributed without permission.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the current billing period.
