What is the refund policy of Islamic Tuition Institute?

We offer a 100% refund within 7 days of enrollment if no classes have been taken. After 7 days or after classes have commenced, no refunds are provided. Pro-rata refunds are given if we cannot provide a replacement teacher in case of teacher unavailability.

How do I reschedule or cancel a class?

You can reschedule with at least 6 hours notice through your teacher or our support team. Maximum 2 reschedules per month for standard plans. No-shows without notice are charged as completed classes.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), bank transfer, and mobile banking (JazzCash, EasyPaisa). All payments are processed securely.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for the current billing period.

What happens if a teacher is absent?

If a teacher is absent, we will arrange a substitute teacher or reschedule the class. If no replacement is available, the class is not charged and you receive a pro-rata refund or credit.

What is the code of conduct for students?

Students must maintain respectful behavior, dress modestly during video sessions, avoid inappropriate language or content, and not record classes without permission. Violations may lead to immediate termination without refund.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Student" or "User") and Islamic Tuition Institute. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Agreement Formation

These Terms become effective when you complete enrollment, make payment, attend a class, or otherwise use our services.

1.2 Eligibility

Be at least 5 years of age (for students)
Have parental/guardian consent if under 18
Provide accurate information
Stable internet and device

2. Services Description

2.1 Educational Services

One-on-one Quran recitation & Tajweed
Quran Memorization (Hifz) programs
Quranic Arabic & Islamic Studies
Tafsir and Dua lessons

2.2 Service Delivery

Live online via Zoom/Google Meet
Digital learning materials
Progress tracking & assessments

3. Enrollment & Registration

Complete the online enrollment form accurately.
Provide valid contact information.
For minors: parent/guardian details must be provided.
Agree to these Terms & Privacy Policy.
Complete free assessment (if applicable).

Account Security

Sharing your account credentials is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

5. Class Schedule & Attendance

5.1 Scheduling

Based on mutual availability of student and teacher.
Time zone friendly.

5.2 Rescheduling Policy

6+ hours notice required for reschedule.
Max 2 reschedules per month (except Plan D).
No-shows are charged as completed classes.

6. Code of Conduct

Respectful behavior, modest dress during video.
No harassment, inappropriate content, or recording without permission.
Zero tolerance: violations lead to immediate termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All curriculum, materials, platform content are owned by Islamic Tuition Institute. Personal use only; no distribution or commercial use.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Class recordings may be taken for quality assurance. We follow our Privacy Policy. SSL encryption and secure storage.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We may terminate for violation of terms, non-payment, fraud, or legal requirement. No refund upon termination for cause.

12. Dispute Resolution

Informal resolution: contact us first. Governing law: Pakistan. Exclusive jurisdiction: Rawalpindi courts.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may modify terms; changes posted on website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
